My week was quite ok (:
Didn't go sch on tuesday haha cause undone hmwk and tired
haha yup and yeah netball season is over but I have realise that i had to really trained much much harder.
When u see how CHIJ Toa payoh train be4 match
and compare with your sch desclipine and everything else you will feel damn depressed and i really envy them.
Their passes and speed are strong and fast.
In the court they are seriously slient mode like totally.
all of the players are super build up their calf muscles and triceps are obvious haha alright i shall end here ((;
